TownePlace Suites Westover Hills
This project involved constructing 93 rooms and 5 stories with a podium style design. Every detail had to be verified and managed to accomplish the correct scale. The site itself was unique in that property lines were very close to adjacent businesses. Starting with site work and going to installing the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE), our team coordinated the project to the owner’s satisfaction.

Red Roof Inn – New Braunfels
CCI began this project by demolishing the main building after a fire totally damaged the structure. Our team helped the owner with the brand name requirements and completed his design team. After completing the new structure, the rear elevation building was renovated within the owner’s budget.

This unique design provided us with challenges and we met them head on, overcoming them with accuracy and quality work. The location allowed us to work with utilities and civil requirements that are not ordinarily experienced.

Bahia Mar – Padre Island
Bahia Mar was severely damaged by hurricane Dolly in 2008. This restoration project consisted of 10 buildings and over 130 individual condo owners. Our team got this very complicated and large project completed, meeting all the challenges it presented.

Las Palmas Gardens – San Antonio
Las Palmas Gardens and West End Baptist Apartments required unique design tasks and construction was performed simultaneously. CCI upgraded the utilities and parking, and added new structures all while maintaining a clean work site with some apartments being occupied.
Maintaining a budget with possible hidden conditions is always a challenge when renovating an older structure. CCI met that challenge.

West End Baptist Apartments – San Antonio
Located within blocks of Las Palmas Gardens Apartments, it allowed CCI to control the general conditions of the project. This project, like Las Palmas Gardens, was completed on time and on budget.
